We provide 7 Day free returns policy on our products from the date of delivery of product NOT the order date of the product for full customer satisfaction.
We provide returns in the following cases –

Order processing policy
- We start processing the order once payment is made by customer.
- We provide photo of the original piece you will receive before shipping it to seek your approval and changes if any. This service is a first and not done by anyone.
- We will share/update tracking id on your order the moment we will get from delivery agency.
- you can contact us post order for queries/service related requests.
- The Director’s number has been personally given on the contact us page so that one may directly contact for any issue. Since no sales operative will be receiving your call and the director itself, you may expect good customer support 🙂
